Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Drone Operations
Operate agricultural drones for crop spraying as per DGCA regulations and company protocols.
Conduct pre-flight inspections including battery, GPS, propellers, and system checks.
Execute accurate flight planning and spraying operations.
Monitor drone performance and handle operational issues in the field.
Precision Spraying
Perform crop spraying with high accuracy and uniform coverage.
Adjust spray settings such as:
Spray height
Spray width
Flow rate
Droplet size
Minimize chemical wastage and spray drift.
Follow safety procedures while handling agricultural chemicals.
Equipment Maintenance & Safety
Maintain drones and related equipment in good condition.
Perform routine maintenance checks and report technical issues.
Ensure proper battery handling, storage, and operational safety.
Follow all flight safety and regulatory guidelines.
Field Coordination
Coordinate with field teams and farmers for scheduled spraying operations.
Understand field conditions and crop requirements before operations.
Maintain records of completed spraying activities.
Ensure timely service delivery across assigned operational areas.
Farmer Interaction
Communicate professionally with farmers during operations.
Explain spraying procedures and safety precautions when required.
Promote awareness and trust in drone-based agriculture services.

Eligibility Criteria
Certification
Valid DGCA-certified Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) for Small Category drones.
Candidates trained from DGCA-authorized RPTOs will be preferred.
Experience
0–3 years of drone operation experience.
Freshly certified drone pilots are encouraged to apply.
Agricultural spraying experience will be an advantage.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of drone flight operations and safety procedures.
Basic troubleshooting and maintenance understanding.
Familiarity with flight planning and drone control systems.
Basic agricultural spraying knowledge preferred.
Skills Required
Strong focus on operational safety and discipline.
Ability to work in outdoor and field environments.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel across operational areas.
Language
Fluency in local regional languages preferred.
Basic Hindi or English communication required.
